Activities during 2009

      We made a short submission on the LTCCP (Long Term Council Community Plan), otherwise there wasn't a lot of activity.

Treasurer's report

We have $375.91 in the bank account. A refund of $75 to Robert Davies for the rent of the Otari meeting room was approved.

Other business

Topics discussed included the possibility of organising a rubbish collection, the Gloucester Street reserve track, parking in Wilton Road and Gloucester Street when there are school or Otari events, graffiti, buses, other possible AGM venues.
